This Double Flange Gate Valve is engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring reliable isolation in pipelines. Manufactured with a robust WCB (A216 Grade WCB) carbon steel body and bonnet, it offers superior strength and excellent resistance to high temperatures and pressures.   • Body & Trim Material: Primary components are constructed from ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel. Internal trim (seat, wedge/disc) is typically furnished with 13% Chrome (410) stainless steel or harder alloys based on service conditions, providing enhanced erosion and wear resistance.
  • Design & Construction: Features a full-bore design for minimal pressure drop and piggable pipelines. The sturdy, double-flanged ends (conforming to GOST flange standards) facilitate secure bolting into the piping system.
